Congratulations to the Green School Committee on achieving 1st Place in the Love Where You Live Primary Schools Competition for the second year in a row!
The Green School Committee presented their Climate Action project to representatives from Leitrim County Council as part of the judging process.
The children presented the many initiatives taking place in our school, including promoting biodiversity, caring for our school garden and community, growing fruit, vegetables and herbs and enhancing wellbeing through our new seating area and biodiversity mural.
Today students were awarded a plaque and €500 prize for their project entry on Climate Action.
